About Casa Magica
Casa Magica is a 4,500-square-foot 1890s brownstone located on a quiet, tree-lined street in Park Slope. Spanning five floors, this home combines original details like carved wood, stained glass, and six decorative fireplaces with a modern touch, all thoughtfully designed with Taylor + Miller.
It includes spacious parlors, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a library, media room, playroom, and two home offices. There are three bedrooms and several bathrooms, featuring both clawfoot and freestanding tubs. High ceilings, natural light from both ends of the house, and a private backyard add to the experience. Tech amenities include a Sonos sound system and 4K projector.
It’s ideal for private events, film and photo shoots, off-sites, or small gatherings—located just minutes from Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza.

We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms.
Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc.
We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager.
Tagvenue then charges around 8-10% in processing fees.

FAQ
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
