Tucked inside a peaceful 1899 Brooklyn brownstone, this 2,300 sq ft space stretches across three floors and is flooded with natural light. Think high ceilings, white walls, original brick, and exposed beams — it’s calm, minimal, and totally shoot-ready.
The heart of the space is the indoor-outdoor kitchen with a vintage English Aga stove and sliding doors that open straight onto the backyard. It’s ideal for filming, small events, or relaxed offsites. There’s also a front yard, balcony, and a flowy layout perfect for moving between scenes or hosting guests.
Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms, a private office, nursery, and four walk-in closets — each with its own en-suite bathroom designed by Studio Litho. Extras like central AC, WiFi, a projector, washer/dryer, and curated art from South America and Greece round out the space.
Whether you’re planning a photo shoot, intimate dinner, team day, or creative session, this brownstone gives you a flexible, stylish backdrop that’s both functional and full of quiet character.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
