This 4,500-square-foot 1890s brownstone sits on one of Park Slope’s classic, tree-lined blocks. Spanning five floors, the home pairs original architectural details with thoughtful modern updates, thanks to a design collaboration with Taylor + Miller.

Inside, you’ll find grand parlors, six decorative fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, and rooms curated for comfort and use—like a library, media room, playroom, and two home offices. Natural light floods in from both north and south exposures, highlighting stained glass windows, carved woodwork, and a dramatic skylight.

There are three bedrooms and several bathrooms, including ones with clawfoot and freestanding tubs. The home also includes a private backyard, high ceilings, a 4K projector, and Sonos speakers.

It’s well suited for dinner parties, photo or film shoots, team off-sites, or weekend gatherings—just a short walk from Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza.
