Just moments from the M Train (Central Ave Station), the space is easily accessible and ideal for creators seeking a seamless, professional experience.
The studio features thoughtfully designed production sections optimized for audio, film, photography and video work. With multiple shooting areas and flexible, rearrangeable furniture, the layout adapts effortlessly to a variety of creative styles.
Large skylight windows fill the space with natural light during the day, enhanced by extra-high ceilings, textured walls, and a curated mix of modern and vintage décor. Blackout curtains provide full lighting control when needed. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchenette, a TV, and in-house video lighting equipment. The adjoining lounge—complete with two private restrooms and high-speed Wi-Fi—offers a comfortable and private environment for your team.
