Nestled in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn, our Recording Podcast Studio occupies over 2,500 sq ft inside an industrial stand-alone multi-production building. Just moments from the M Train (Central Ave Station), the space is easily accessible and ideal for creators seeking a seamless, professional experience.

The studio features thoughtfully designed production sections optimized for both audio and video work. With multiple shooting areas and flexible, rearrangeable furniture, the layout adapts effortlessly to a variety of creative styles.

Large skylight windows fill the space with natural light during the day, enhanced by extra-high ceilings, textured walls, and a curated mix of modern and vintage décor. Blackout curtains provide full lighting control when needed. Additional amenities include an equipped kitchenette, a Monitor, and in-house video lighting equipment. The adjoining lounge—complete with two private restrooms and Wi-Fi—offers a comfortable and private environment for your team.

The studio is ideal for a variety of productions, including film shoots, interviews, social media content, livestreams, commercials, online business productions, Zoom meetings, and food presentations. To further enhance your session, optional add-ons for audio and video recording services are also available.

Suppose the client/tenant, representative, or group should violate any terms of this agreement. In that case, the space owner can immediately evict any such person, including all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
