- General Conduct:
All guests must act respectfully. Disruptive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated, and guests may be asked to leave.
- Capacity:
The maximum guest capacity is 300. Exceeding this limit may result in event cancellation.
- Food & Beverages:
Outside food or drinks are not allowed. All alcohol must be served by licensed bartenders. Guests must be of legal drinking age.
- Décor & Setup:
All décor must be pre-approved. Decorations that damage the venue are prohibited. No open flames unless approved in advance.
- Noise & Music:
Music must comply with neighborhood noise regulations. Events end by 11 PM to minimize disruption to the community.
- Smoking & Fire Safety:
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Open flames, sparklers, or fireworks are prohibited unless pre-approved.
- Security & Safety:
Security may be required for certain events at additional cost. CityView is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Parking & Transportation:
Parking is available. Valet services are available for an additional fee.
- Cleanliness:
Guests must maintain the space. All trash must be disposed of properly. Cleanup assistance will be provided after events.
- Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made around 3pm prior to the event will receive a full refund. Deposits may not be refundable after this period.
- Liability:
CityView is not responsible for any injuries or damages during your event. By hosting, you agree to hold CityView harmless.
