About this space

The indoor space of the venue has a capacity of 175 guests while the outdoor space can accommodate 200 or more. There is a direct connection between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Projectors, sound system, and microphones are provided for both presentations and speeches. A bar is available and fully stocked throughout the day. Catering is very flexible as you can either go for in-house catering or bring in your preferred catering service.

Access for guests is very easy. The parking fee can be validated in the garage that is adjacent to the venue. The Light Rail station on 9th Street is right in front of the building.


Event offers and packages

Package per person

Option 1 — Drink Tokens (cleanest + controllable)

Client prepays tokens; guests redeem at bar.

2-Drink Package (tokens): $20 per person (2 tokens per guest)

3-Drink Package: $30 per person

Per Drink Token: $10 per drink

Upgrade Token (Premium cocktail / top-shelf): +$3–$6 each (optional)

Option 2 — Time-Based Open Bar (classic)

Beer & Wine: $25–$35 pp/hour

Standard Open Bar (beer/wine/standard cocktails): $35–$50 pp/hour

Premium Open Bar: $50–$70 pp/hour
(You can cap it at a dollar limit if the client wants budget control.)

Option 3 — Hosted Tab with Cap (budget-friendly)

Client runs a bar tab up to a cap.

Example: “Hosted bar up to $1,500, then cash bar.”

Option 4 — Drinks-Only Event (no food required)

Space + drink model for mixers/happy hours.

Space fee + tokens (recommended)

Host rules

Reservation & Payment

A signed agreement + deposit is required to secure the date/time.

Remaining balance is due before or on the event day (as outlined in the invoice/contract).

Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours prior (unless otherwise agreed). Billing is based on the final guaranteed count.

Arrival, Setup & Time

Event time includes setup + breakdown unless a separate setup window is purchased.

Early access/extended time is available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

Client is responsible for decor setup/removal unless a setup service is added.

Food, Drinks & Outside Catering

In-house catering is optional. Clients may use Empyrean catering or bring their own licensed/approved caterer (prior notice required).

Outside alcohol is not permitted (bar service must be provided by Empyrean where applicable).

Drink packages (open bar / tokens / tab) must be finalized 72 hours prior.

Conduct & Damages

Guests must follow staff guidance; the venue may refuse service to visibly intoxicated guests.

Client is responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items caused by the group.

Cancellation & Change Policy (Simple)

More than 14 days before event: full deposit credited toward a future event (or refunded minus processing, if applicable).

14–7 days before event: deposit is non-refundable (one-time reschedule credit allowed, subject to availability).

Less than 7 days before event: non-refundable; client is responsible for agreed minimum spend/guarantee if applicable.

Day-of cancellation / no-show: charged 100% of the guaranteed minimum (if applicable).

Rescheduling

One reschedule allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduled events must occur within 90 days (or another agreed window).

Weather (Outdoor Space)

Outdoor events are weather dependent. If weather impacts the outdoor portion, we’ll accommodate indoors when possible, based on availability.
