Host your event in our beautiful and spacious loft studio. This distinctive SoHo-style space in the heart of Midtown offers flexibility and privacy, featuring Roman columns, 14-ft ceilings, stylish furniture, grand double doors, oversized windows, and modular walls. The lofted mezzanine can be used for a DJ setup, backstage area, or private lounge.
Ideal for exhibitions, fashion shows, launch events, pop-ups, showrooms, networking events, corporate gatherings, workshops, and private events.

A mandatory cleaning fee of $200 is required for all bookings with food or drinks.
Please include in your inquiry a brief summary of who you are, how you plan to use the space, the duration of use, and the estimated number of attendees. Event setup and breakdown must be included in your booking time.

- Modular walls cannot be removed from the space.
