This is a 6,000 sq ft studio with 18’W x 14’H cyc, 14’ ceilings, and north/south exposure. Blackout is available with dimmable chandeliers. It includes 1 lounge area, built-in air walls, and white epoxy floors. Full kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, and water stand.
Washer/dryer on site. Features 4 hair/make-up stations, 4 director’s chairs, ironing board, steamer, two 6’ tables, 6 folding chairs, 2 wardrobe racks, and 15 hangers. Tech includes high-speed Wi-Fi, iPad-enabled Bluetooth sound system, 75” flat screen TV, 100 amp 3-phase power, AV, and 4 projectors on request, plus a Dell laptop. Custom-built flats are available in various sizes. 24-hour access.
