• The space must be used only for the event or activity described in the booking.
• No drilling, nailing, painting, taping, or permanent alterations to walls, floors, ceilings, or fixtures without prior approval.
• Any artwork, installations, furniture, lighting, or equipment belonging to the venue must not be moved, touched, or modified without prior approval.
• No open flames, candles, pyrotechnics, or hazardous materials without prior written approval.
• Outside vendors, caterers, production crews, or contractors must be approved in advance when required.
• Alcohol and food service must be approved in advance and must comply with all applicable laws and venue requirements.
• Guests must respect the building, neighboring tenants, and common areas.
• The renter is responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, contractors, or production crews during the booking.
• Valuable equipment, artwork, jewelry, or other high-value items brought into the space must be disclosed in advance and may require additional security measures.
• For events involving high-value items, security arrangements and access procedures must be agreed upon before the event.
• All personal belongings and event materials must be removed at the end of the booking.
• Overtime is subject to availability and additional charges.
