Design: The interior is minimal and practical, with white-painted walls and a marble-effect floor. The lighting is simple and the room is uncluttered, producing a functional, workmanlike appearance.
Features: An installed PA system and speakers are available, and guests may play their own music or bring a DJ subject to the stated noise restrictions. The space has Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a clear open floor suitable for dancing. The space provides step-free access, wheelchair-accessible facilities and accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Small social groups seeking an informal, practical setting for relaxed standing receptions or casual seated meals.
•NO Smoking inside of building or gathering in the front of building
•BACKYARD can be utilized for smoking and gathering
•$150 refundable smoking/property damage/confetti/glitter/extra time deposit required and due 7 days prior to event date. Deposit will be refunded 24-48hrs after event date.
•NO confetti/glitter and NO tape/nails on the walls (deposit will be forfeit)
•Event insurance must be purchased at least 7 days before event
•Refunds not permitted, in the event that event insurance is not purchased in timely manner
•Any damages to rental property will be claimed through event insurance
•Please do not remove furniture from inside venue
•Space must be cleaned by renters by agreed upon end time and all furniture must be returned how it was found, or deposit will be forfeit
- Alcohol and outside food allowed. No selling alcohol.
- Cleaning fee automatically included with full decor service.

Yes. Packages can be customised, although this will not be significantly cheaper because the same amount of labour and décor will be required.
The venue includes a speaker that a DJ can connect their equipment to.
