•NO Smoking inside of building or gathering in the front of building
•BACKYARD can be utilized for smoking and gathering
•$150 refundable smoking/property damage/confetti/glitter/extra time deposit required and due 7 days prior to event date. Deposit will be refunded 24-48hrs after event date.
•NO confetti/glitter and NO tape/nails on the walls (deposit will be forfeit)
•Event insurance must be purchased at least 7 days before event
•Refunds not permitted, in the event that event insurance is not purchased in timely manner
•Any damages to rental property will be claimed through event insurance
•Please do not remove furniture from inside venue
•Space must be cleaned by renters by agreed upon end time and all furniture must be returned how it was found, or deposit will be forfeit
- Alcohol and outside food allowed. No selling alcohol.
- Cleaning fee automatically included with full decor service.
- No illegal activity.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
