Design: The interior presents a wide, rectangular hall framed by dark wood paneling and tall glazed cabinets, a pale ceiling with ceiling fans, and a polished hardwood floor.
Features: A flexible flat floorplan provides movable tables and folding chairs and a raised platform at one end. An installed PA system and speakers support amplified music and announcements, and outside DJs and brought-in music are permitted. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, plentiful natural light, and a noise restriction for amplified events.

All Bookings need to supply a COI prior to event date, the COI rules are: "Licensee shall maintain commercial liability insurance with a combined single limit for each occurrence of one million dollars ($1,000,000), with an aggregate limit of two million dollars ($2,000,000). Licensor shall be named under the Licensee’s insurance policy."
