About this space
Luthun builds its own progressive flavors based on global micro seasonality. Our chefs, founder Nahid Ahmed and his business partner Arjuna Bull serve an interpretation of produce in its truest form while maintaining the integrity of the ingredient.
The foundation of our menu is a collection of spices with focused flavors from around the globe sourced with care since our doors were opened.

About Luthun
Luthun is a tasting menu-only restaurant that serves Progressive American cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. We source ingredients from many different cultures while using European techniques. This is an adventurous-tasting menu that does not shy away from bursts of flavors, colors, and textures.
Our primary focus is on balance while incorporating all of the elements of taste: umami, sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and bitter. The beverage list is comprised of beer, wine, and sake from around the globe. The emphasis is on indigenous and rare grape varieties, appellations that are traditionally underrepresented, and people that farm & make wine in a more artisanal way.
