Amami started in 2016 and the restaurant strives to serve unsurpassed Japanese food with a unique touch of Brooklyn, prepared through tried and tested methods as well as centuries-old techniques to give it an authentic touch.
Owner and head chef Nick Wang is a veteran of Hatsuhana and with more than 22 years of experience, guides his staff to make sure that each and every aspect of the dish is prepared with attention to detail.
