The studio is a large, open space that reads bright and airy, featuring abundant natural daylight, white walls and neutral flooring that provide clean, even backgrounds for photography.
Room features: On-site photo equipment and a PA system provide basic lighting and audio support for shoots. Air conditioning and venue Wi‑Fi support longer production days, and wheelchair access with accessible toilets is provided.
Best for: Commercial and editorial photography, portrait and fashion shoots, and short-form video projects.

--Entering the building: We are in a commercial building that's accessible without a keycard during the office hours on the weekdays.
--Booking Hours and Overtime: Your booking must start and end during the duration of your booking, INCLUDING setup and wrap up. If you need extra time, please let our studio coordinator know ahead of time.
--Smoking/Music/Cleanliness: No smoking on site at any time. No open flames. Please make sure you leave the studio exactly as you found it. Please keep sound to a reasonable level so that we don't disturb our neighbors or nearby studios.
--Equipment: Renter is responsible for studio lighting along with setup and tear down. Renters are responsible for all damages to the space and equipment caused during the rental. When you leave, make sure to return all grip equipment to the same spot where you found it. Any items found to be missing after their session will result in the charge of a fee.
--Seamless: We cannot guarantee that availability of any color. If you need a specific color, please give us a heads up before your shoot and we will let you know if we have availability on site.
-- Extra Equipment: Feel free to bring your own equipment to the shoot. Studio building is equipped with an easily accessible fright elevator.
--All Covid19 guidelines must be followed.
--No permanent alterations are allowed to the premises.
--No glitter, sand or feathers.
--Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
