- No smoking indoors
- No alcohol may be served
- Any events must be approved by management
- No food or drinks in the hallways
- Maximum 7 people in the elevator at any given time
- No loitering in hallways or stairs
- Do not go on the roof
- Do not touch the vintage speakers
- Do not put any objects on the speakers
- Any activities after 10pm must be approved by management
- No equipment may be used without approval from management
