• Must be 21+ with valid ID after 8 PM.
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue.
• Outside food & beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance.
• Decorations must be approved prior to the event.
• DJs/live music are permitted with prior approval.
• Any damages caused during the event may result in additional charges.
• Guests must respect neighboring businesses and Stone Street public areas.
• Events must end at the agreed-upon time.
• Confetti, glitter, and open flames are not permitted.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or end events due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
• Pricing, minimums, and event terms vary based on date, time, guest count, and space booked.
• Dietary accommodations available upon request; however, we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
• 50% refunds exclude the 25% deposit, which remains non-refundable.
• The administrative fee is non-refundable and is not a gratuity. The gratuity is distributed to front-of-house staff, and guests may leave more than 20% at their discretion.
• Tax-exempt clients must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of booking.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Events Director.

FAQ
Yes, guests can bring their own projector and laptop; the venue can work out the setup. The upstairs space is spacious and has TVs.
The venue can work with either a consumption tab or a room fee. Organisers can charge and retain ticket sales, while the venue retains the room fee and bar sales.
The venue has many TVs and a projector screen, making it suitable for watching games. It is a World Cup bar.
