About Atomic Sound LLC
Atomic Sound, founded in 2013 is located in a former Fire House in Red Hook Brooklyn, NY just minutes from Manhattan through the Battery Tunnel.
Atomic Sound's new studio features a 16-foot pitched ceiling in the 800 sq. ft live room, 4 isolation booths, vintage and state-of-the-art gear and instruments, A nice collection of microphones, and a vast array of vintage analog and digital outboard gear including 2 EMT plate reverb units along with a Neve VR60 console. Atomic Sound delivers the cleanest, most direct feed via a wide variety of class A microphone pre-amps tracking to 2-inch tape and the latest and highest resolution avid-based pro-tools rig. This is a full-service tracking and mixing facility.
