About this space
Studio #1 is the perfect intimate and comfortable photo rental space for creatives in NYC. Fully equipped with seamless set up, hair and makeup stations, wifi, iPod hookups, racks, tables, and chairs. The space can comfortably fit groups of up to 8 people while still leaving plenty of space to work.
Clients in the past have used the space for e-commerce, fashion, editorial, look books, commercials, catalog shoots, small castings, and video interviews.
The space boasts hardwood floors, all-white walls, 12-foot ceilings, and three large windows letting in plenty of sunlight. Shoot with natural lighting or block out the windows and use our Profoto lighting kits. We have a large range of equipment included with your booking and available for rent.

No smoking in the building.
While the studios are generally quiet, we cannot guarantee it will be completely soundproof.
One pull of seamless paper is included with studio rentals over 2 hours, and additional seamless paper is $25 per pull.
We keep the white, black, and grey seamless paper in the studios. If we don't have your specific seamless color, we can order it for you and have it delivered to the studio. We charge for the cost of the roll plus the delivery fee. You can also bring your own background if you prefer.
Equipment is not included with 2-hour rentals. Seamless is $25 per pull. We include one pull for rentals over two hours.

About FAIRWAY STUDIOS
Fairway Studios is a fully-equipped photo studio rental space, offering hourly and daily rentals with equipment included. We provide reliable service and quality studio space at a great value, flexible to your needs. Since 1999, we've worked with clients of all sizes and from all industries, with both new and experienced photographers.
We have two studios available for rent: Studio 1, sized 16x20’, can comfortably fit groups of 6-8 people while still leaving plenty of space to work. Studio 2, sized 20x24’, can accommodate larger shoots and host parties of up to 15.
The space boasts large north-facing windows, white walls, and hardwood floors. We offer a comfortable, welcoming space for photoshoots, creative projects, and events.
