The gym’s got a lot of room and it’s pretty bright most of the day. Free weights and benches take up one side, and the cardio gear is over by the windows. You can walk around without weaving through people. The floors can handle heavy lifts. Mirrors help with checking your form. It works fine for both lifting and cardio without feeling packed in.
