Gym at Private Gym
About this space
The gym’s got a lot of room and it’s pretty bright most of the day. Free weights and benches take up one side, and the cardio gear is over by the windows. You can walk around without weaving through people. The floors can handle heavy lifts. Mirrors help with checking your form. It works fine for both lifting and cardio without feeling packed in.

About Private Gym
Studio 16 is on 4th Avenue in Park Slope, a few blocks from the F and G trains. Each session takes place in a private training studio. There are no shared floors or equipment, just you and your trainer. You’ll find dumbbells, kettlebells, squat rack, TRX bands, medicine balls, resistance bands, bike, ropes, and more.
The look is clean and minimal. The floors are open and uncluttered. Mirrors line the walls. Everything is spotless. Trainers often let you play your own music. Clients say the space is cozy and personal.
This venue is perfect for solo workouts, strength training, or wellness coaching. Works for anyone who wants focus, privacy, and flexibility in their fitness routine.
