Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the booking start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the booking start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the booking start time are not refundable.
COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, meetings, and events. For individuals, we can refer trustworthy COI suppliers. Prices shown are our minimum before qualifying your reservation. Additional fees may apply once we have a full understanding of your project such as: total number of attendees, start and end time of your reservation, vehicles involved (production), the amount of EQ to load in/out, etc.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own bar, DJ, and outside food. We simply require that any third-party vendors entering the space provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
Yes, the space has excellent sound capabilities for DJ setups.
Yes, both options work. If you’d like the team to handle this ahead of arrival, there will most likely be an additional fee.
No, the venue does not have food and beverage minimums or offer in-house food and beverage. Food and beverage can be sourced and coordinated as an add-on service through the venue's list of trusted external vendors.
