Pizzette is an Italian-themed restaurant located at 191 Graham Ave in Brooklyn New York.
The most important part of pizza is the dough. You can't make a great pizza without making great dough!
That's why at Pizzete we use classic old-world bread-making techniques to create a tender, flavorful dough that can hold up our fresh ingredients without getting soggy.

About Pizzette
Steven Mark Sciacca founded Pizzette in 2019 from a passion for Italian cuisine.
As a lifelong baker and owner of Mominette Bistro in Bushwick, he wanted to create a fun, casual space for Brooklynites.
Pizzette has a lively bar with a cozy decor that evokes old NYC and a large party room in the back for hosting special events.
