The food was good and the space looked nice
The place is not properly set up for a private event. The only entrance to the kitchen is at the back of the “private” space. The space is really small, and only has one path from the entrance to the back area so half of the party had to dodge the staff when they had to get through. Therefore, there was staff constantly running through the entire party with dirty dishes, food, and other items for the entire time. This even occurred in the middle of someone giving a speech! Seems like the staff did not care there was an event, in fact they seemed kind of annoyed about it. We had an open bar, and at some point one of the workers denied THE BRIDE a drink because she didn’t want to get another bottle of white wine from the back. The manager, who was at the restaurant the entire time, did not help or even really speak to us. We gave them a playlist that they said they’d play and they never put it on.
