This is an 8 hours rental - not 24 hours!

Located in the heart of SoHo, the Penthouse has spectacular views from both the space and its 2250 sq ft. rooftop deck.

It is a perfect space for business meetings, conferences, photoshoots, birthday parties, micro-weddings, proposals, engagement parties, and much more!

Please note that elopements are only for parties of 12 - 15 guests and require 2 hours rental. Please inquire about pricing etc.

Proposals require 1.5hr - 2hr depending on your decor setup - max 10 guests.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not allow loud music on our roof. You can bring a small speaker to play music and if the manager feels like it may be too loud, he/she will have to lower the music.
If you can’t respect our rules and our neighbors, then we may not be the right place for you.

The best place to hold a gathering! The rooftop is spectacular and the inside is amazing. Both clean, large, & updated. Claudia was an extraordinary help! She was so kind and fun to be around. I’d book here a million times again if I could!
