* Prompt Arrival and Departure: Should you require additional time, kindly notify us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end. Failure to do so will result in a 1.5x charge of the regular rate for any overrun.
* Maintain a conducive environment by refraining from playing loud music.
* Any damages incurred during your session are your responsibility and will require reimbursement.
* Do not alter the background color or cut the background paper without prior permission.
* Please switch off all lighting equipment, as well as heating or cooling systems, before leaving the premises.
* Handle Props with Care.
* Ensure the studio is left in a tidy condition after use.
* Management does not assume responsibility for any personal items left unattended in the studio. Any items left behind will be discarded.
