You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio.
The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times.

If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons.

🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not sound proof. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this.

Host rules

-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space 5 min before the booking time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time).
-No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $500!
-No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss allowed.
-No alcohol, drugs, smoking on the premises. Penalty Fee $500!
-Do not put water, liquids, glue, tape on the CYC wall surface.
-No cutting paper backdrops by yourself.
-Street parking only.

We’ve got multiple photo studio spaces in Brooklyn loft buildings, perfect for any shoot. Options include cycloramas, paper backdrops, and muslin backdrops.

Studios range from 500 to 1,300 sq. ft., with huge windows and high ceilings (12–16 ft.) for plenty of natural light. Each space comes with two flash strobes and an air trigger remote—more gear available as add-ons.
