With our state-of-the-art recording equipment, custom-made furniture, and the ability to mix audio levels live, our podcast studio is the perfect choice for everything from your serial podcast to commercial voice recordings.

-Equipped with 4 matching Electro-Voice RE20 Dynamic Cardioid podcast Mics
-Mics run through CL-1 Cloudlifters into a RODECaster Pro podcast mix console that allows us to patch-in remote phone and zoom calls
-The room is acoustically treated for capturing high-quality audio with no outside noise interference
-Hand-made custom table made from 150-year-old reclaimed southern yellow pine wood

Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
Please keep items where they belong, or put them back to where they were after use.
Let us know if you will be renting any sound or lighting equipment beforehand.
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
No outside lighting.
No stunts, no work with flames or extremely loud music.
The elevator weight load maxes out at 800lbs.
Please be respectful to our neighbors.
