• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• No amplified music, live bands, percussion, or full music performances. Light acoustic instruments may be permitted with prior approval.
• No outside camera setups without prior approval. In-house video services are available.
• Guests must book sufficient time for setup and breakdown. The studio must be returned to its default condition before the end of the booking.
• Custom staging or set materials must be approved in advance. Additional setup time may be required.
• No glitter, confetti, smoke machines, or open flame.
• Food and beverages are permitted, but guests are responsible for keeping the studio clean and organized.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the studio’s stated capacity.
• Any damage to equipment, furniture, or the space will result in additional charges.
• Guests must vacate the space at the end of their reserved time to avoid additional fees.
