Serena Bass (Serena at The Chelsea Hotel, Lido) has devised an exciting, inspired menu at BIXI and, when guests arrive, her interior design touches instantly transport them to somewhere evocative and magical. After Lido (BIXI’s sister italian restaurant three doors up) became a wildly popular mainstay on Harlem’s restaurant row over its ten year run, Serena was ready for a new challenge—a departure of italy to points east… west… south… wherever on earth the vibe is playful, sensuous, and, most of all, delicious… there is BIXI.
