About Foolproof Whiskey Bar
Foolproof’s got shelves full of whiskey — rare bottles, local favourites, and a few you’ve probably never heard of until someone behind the bar tells you the story. The staff actually know their stuff, but it never feels pretentious. Drinks are made properly, and the cocktail list changes now and then, built around the idea that whiskey can taste a hundred different ways.
There’s food too — small plates meant to share, things that just work with a good drink in hand. It’s relaxed, a bit loud sometimes, and completely Brooklyn in the best way.
