About this space

Rooftop in the Heart of SoHo is a private outdoor terrace at Cubico Offices centred on a low-profile, furnished lounge arrangement that suits casual outdoor gatherings.

Design: The terrace sits on a paved deck framed by a low perimeter rail and arranged around modular, low-slung sofas. The furniture uses neutral upholstery paired with bright patterned cushions and rugs that add color against the stone pavers.

Features: Modular outdoor sofas, low tables, rugs and floor cushions are provided so organizers need little additional seating. The paved surface and open-plan layout make temporary setups straightforward. On-site Wi‑Fi is available and organizers are permitted to play their own music.

Ideal for: Teams and small companies seeking a relaxed, social outdoor reception or a casual networking and lounge-style gathering.

What sets it apart: A private rooftop terrace offering direct views across the Manhattan skyline.

What guests say: The rooftop has strong natural light and receives praise for its skyline views. The on-site team is responsive and accommodating, but the outdoor area can become warm and reviews mention electrical grounding issues in the building.
