About this space

The indoor space on the 7th floor of our building is a 600 square foot open layout with windows facing south and east in Lower Manhattan. It accommodates 25 people if seated in a conference type set-up, and around 50 people if standing. Equipped with a projector and screen for any A/V needs, this space is perfect for anything from presentations to informal mixers.

Alcohol is permitted on premise. If alcohol is being sold, a Special Event Permit is needed by the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA). These include tastings and promotions.
We do have in house caters, and also allow outside vendors.
