The outdoor space on the Cubico rooftop is a 4000 square foot, L shaped area in the center of SOHO on Broadway. Sporting stunning views of Lower Manhattan and the Liberty Building, it is the perfect venue for outdoor gatherings. We’ve hosted wedding receptions, birthday parties, company anniversaries, and barbecues in this spacious rooftop, and can provide catering and beverage options to make your event one to remember.

No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
Alcohol is permitted on premise. If alcohol is being sold, a Special Event Permit is needed by the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA). These include tastings and promotions.
We do have in house caters, and also allow outside vendors.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
