Outfitted with 3/4” Plexiglass on the windows and sound-dampening foam beneath the floors, this studio minimizes street and footstep noise.
The space features natural light, original tin ceilings, white brick walls, and hardwood floors—ideal for interviews, lifestyle shoots, or content with clean audio. It includes direct access via a 10×20 freight elevator, seamless paper mounts, and an art hanging system for set dressing.
