The loft is an open-plan, 2,200 sq ft studio with 11-foot ceilings, painted white brick walls and light wood floors that create a neutral, reflective backdrop. The space receives strong south-facing natural light through tall windows, providing even daylight from morning to dusk.

Room features: A selection of in-house photographic equipment and a range of backdrops allow productions to shoot without sourcing basic gear. A mirrored makeup vanity with stage bulbs supports hair and wardrobe prep, and an integrated PA system plus studio Wi‑Fi supply on-set playback and connectivity.

Best for: Commercial stills, fashion and portrait photography, and on-camera video work such as interviews and lifestyle motion pieces.
