Building Access: All visitors must adhere to standard building security protocols and check in upon arrival.

No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the building and the suite.

No-Drug: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs.

Booking & Time Management

Time Integrity: Your booking period must include time for setup and clean-up. Please ensure the room is returned to its original state by the end of your session.

Overtime: Overtime will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.

Catering & Celebrations

BYO Catering: External catering is welcome with no additional buyout fees. Guests are responsible for the removal of all food-related waste.

Alcohol Policy: Complimentary or BYO alcohol (e.g., celebratory champagne) is permitted for business networking, provided guests consume responsibly.

Asset Protection

Tech Equipment: Guests are encouraged to use our HD 360-degree video conferencing system. Any damage to technology or furniture will result in a repair or replacement fee.

Wall Preservation: Nothing may be taped, tacked, or nailed to the walls to preserve the interior finish.

No Amplified Music: To ensure a focused environment for all building tenants, loud or amplified music is not permitted.
