THE STUDIO
The Studio is a creative space in the Flatiron District area of New York, offering a 1250sq ft Penthouse of production space for various shoots and creative projects. The Studio features; large windows facing north-southeast that provide natural light all day, black-out capabilities, smooth walls textured walls for versatile shoot concepts, and a wardrobe rack with a steamer. It also includes a restroom, a refrigerator, a microwave, a lounge area, a full makeup vanity with seating, private studio internet wifi, seasonal props, available furniture, and an office table area.
STUDIO RENTAL
The Studio is available for full-day, half-day, and hourly rentals for various productions, including photo shoots, filmed interviews, commercials, online business production shoots, and Zoom online productions such as food, podcasts, and recording music. Our studio has provided services to brands such as Sony Records, Atlantic Records, Snapchat, Wilhelmina, FreshDirect, and more.
LOCATION & ACCESS
Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Flatiron, the Studio is close to restaurants, food markets, delis, bars, and nightlife. It is within walking distance of public transportation, including the L train and several bus lines. The building provides an elevator for easy access to the Studio, and free street parking after 6 pm is available. The project manager should arrange studio pickups for sets, props, and furniture at the end of production or with the studio manager the next day.

*NO SMOKING inside the Studio (outside of the building only)
*Rental Time Includes Set-Up & Breakdown, so please consider this when booking
*Leave the space in the same condition in which it was found
*All equipment and furniture should be treated with care
*Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession
*Please make sure the bathroom is clear from falling garbage on the floor and no clogging the bathroom's toilet
*Be mindful that we have other Clients using the facility, and respecting the spaces is very important
*When using the audio speakers for music, please allow only one person to be designated in using the equipment. ( either yourself or one appointed person)
*Most important, House Rule, have fun, and enjoy the experience!!
Suppose the client/tenant, representative, or group should violate any terms of this agreement. In that case, the space owner can immediately evict any such person, including all associated with said person, without reimbursement.

Occupying a Penthouse with a versatile array of production spaces, our studio offers flexibility with rearrangeable furniture, catering to diverse production styles. The expansive room features natural light throughout for daytime shoots through its large windows, complemented by 8-foot ceilings and elegant hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, in-house video lighting equipment, curtains blackout capabilities, a wardrobe complete with a steamer, and walls with both smooth and textured surfaces for a myriad of shoot concepts and seasonal props are available. The living room area houses a private restroom, lounge, and private studio internet wifi, providing a comfortable and exclusive environment.
