An open-plan studio with exposed ceiling beams, pale wood flooring and white walls that gives wide shooting angles. Large windows supply ample natural daylight that can be moderated with curtains for softer, controlled illumination.
Room features: A selection of studio backdrops is available, and the space provides Wi‑Fi to support tethered capture and rapid file transfer.
Best for: Headshots, maternity and portrait photography, and small-scale video work such as interviews and casting recordings.
What sets it apart: An integrated PA system and speakers allow on-set music and playback during sessions.

Damage done to the studio will result in extra charges.
Once booked, you may not cancel. There is a 72-hour reschedule period.
Price after midnight: $200/hr, every hour after midnight.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed, however, tickets and/or alcohol may not be sold without a valid liquor license.
All food and drinks may not leave the space.
Guests are allowed to sell tickets only if there is no alcohol being served.
Confetti & glitter are not allowed in the space.
There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $200 for all events.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
