Damage done to the studio will result in extra charges.

Once booked, you may not cancel. There is a 72-hour reschedule period.

Price after midnight: $200/hr, every hour after midnight.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed, however, tickets and/or alcohol may not be sold without a valid liquor license.

All food and drinks may not leave the space.

Guests are allowed to sell tickets only if there is no alcohol being served.

Confetti & glitter are not allowed in the space.

There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $200 for all events.
