This flexible 5,000 sq ft venue in Midtown Manhattan is designed for corporate events, brand activations, product launches, panel discussions, networking events, fashion pop-ups, creator gatherings, workshops, and other branded experiences.
The space features a large open layout that can be adapted to different event formats, from seated presentations and panels to product showcases, networking receptions, pop-ups, and interactive brand activations. Previous events held in the space include TikTok matchmaking events, brand launches, panel discussions, fashion pop-ups, and creator-focused gatherings.
A large built-in LED screen, existing stage, professional mixing console, PA speakers, and microphones make the space particularly suitable for presentations, panels, speeches, launches, and other live programming.
The venue can provide up to 50 chairs and 30 folding tables with black tablecloths, which can be arranged for guest seating, registration, workshops, catering, merchandising, sponsor areas, or product displays.
Professional production equipment is also available, including Amaran studio lighting, softboxes, tripods, green screen equipment, backdrop options, and blackout curtains, allowing photography, interviews, livestreams, and branded content production to be incorporated into an event.
Storage space is available for products, equipment, event materials, and supplies, and freight access can be arranged in advance for larger deliveries, displays, and production equipment.
Located in Midtown Manhattan near Penn Station, the venue offers convenient access for guests, vendors, speakers, and production teams traveling from throughout NYC and the surrounding area.

Host rules
• The booking time must include setup, event time, cleanup, and breakdown. Guests and vendors may not enter before the confirmed start time and must leave by the confirmed end time.
• The existing LED screen and stage cannot be moved or removed. Tables, chairs, and equipment must be returned to their original locations after the event.
• Decorations and installations must be approved in advance. Nails, screws, paint, glitter, confetti, open flames, smoke machines, and permanent adhesives are not allowed.
• Outside catering may be allowed with approval. Cooking with open flames or heavy cooking equipment is not permitted.
• Alcohol service requires advance approval. The renter is responsible for any required license, insurance, and professional service staff.
• Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, weapons, and unsafe activities are not allowed inside the venue.
• The renter is responsible for any damage caused by guests, staff, vendors, or contractors. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply.
• AFM is not responsible for personal items that are lost, damaged, or left behind.
