AFM Office & Event Space

AFM is a flexible venue located at 519 8th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, just steps from Penn Station. The space is designed for hosts who want a central, convenient, and versatile location for events and content production. It is well suited for brand events, creator events, workshops, meetings, panels, photoshoots, livestreams, and private gatherings.

The venue offers a practical turnkey setup that makes planning easier and execution smoother. Included in the rental are up to 80 chairs, 30 tables, an existing LED screen, an existing stage, a basic sound system, Wi-Fi, photography lights, backdrop paper, blackout curtains, a refrigerator, and one restroom. The built-in LED screen and stage cannot be moved, which helps create a polished and professional base for many different kinds of events.

Any runway, T-stage, booth, or custom structure must be prepared by the renter and approved by AFM in advance. The venue does not include sound technician or private parking. Outside catering and outside vendors may be allowed with advance approval.
