About this space

The Shepherd & the Knucklehead is a neighbourhood tavern centred on an active bar and a social, easygoing atmosphere.

Design: The main room features a polished wooden bar, exposed brick walls and track lighting, producing an informal, compact pub layout. The interior reads as practical and unpretentious rather than formal or ornate.

Features: A staffed service bar provides cocktails and kitchen-made pub dishes. Several wall-mounted screens and a PA system support sports viewing and announcements. Outdoor seating, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, step-free access and accessible toilets are available, and the venue allows its own music or an external DJ.

Ideal for: Groups of friends or families seeking a relaxed, social standing reception or informal seated dining that encourages mingling.

What sets it apart: A long main bar carries an extensive row of draught taps that runs the length of the room.

What guests say: The venue provides attentive, flexible service and event support that simplifies planning and accommodates last-minute changes.
