About this space
The Back Room is an Event Space in Brandy's centred on a neon 'Welcome to the Show' sign and a ceiling-mounted disco ball that form a theatrical late-night focal point.
Design: The interior is narrow and club-scale. The walls are dark timber panelling and the floor is solid wood, while coloured uplighting and a low ceiling create an inward-focused, compact ambience.
Features: The Back Room includes a PA system and speakers and permits guests to play their own music or bring an external DJ. The room provides a dedicated dancefloor, air conditioning and venue Wi‑Fi. The space has step‑free entry, wheelchair access and accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Small social groups are best suited to compact, lively standing receptions and DJ-led parties.
Event offers and packages
Package per person
• Beer & Wine Package — $40 per person
• House Open Bar — $35 per person
• Premium Open Bar — $45 per person
• Brunch Package — $30 per person
Additional hours may be added for +$15 per person, per hour.
Packages can be customized based on the event type and include a selection of beer, wine, cocktails, and mixed drinks depending on the package selected. Brandy’s also offers flexible consumption tabs where guests simply pay for what is ordered throughout the event rather than a fixed per-person package.
Prices
• A deposit equal to 25% of the total estimated event cost is required upon booking. This amount is applied towards the final bill.
The food and beverage minimum includes gratuity, administrative fee and the applicable tax. If the agreed food and beverage minimum is not reached during the event, the remaining balance will be charged as a room rental fee.
Pricing varies depending on the event type, guest count, day of the week, selected space within the venue, and food & beverage options. Brandy’s offers flexible event structures including minimum spend options, open bar packages, and consumption-based tabs where guests simply pay for what is ordered throughout the event.
Depending on the date, time, and size of the event, we are sometimes able to offer no minimums, while other events may require a minimum spend.

Age policy
Guests under 21 are not allowed after 8:00 pm
Host rules
• Must be 21+ with valid ID after 8 PM.
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue.
• Outside food & beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance.
• Decorations must be approved prior to the event.
• DJs/live music are permitted with prior approval.
• Any damages caused during the event may result in additional charges.
• Guests must respect neighboring businesses and Stone Street public areas.
• Events must end at the agreed-upon time.
• Confetti, glitter, and open flames are not permitted.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or end events due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
• Pricing, minimums, and event terms vary based on date, time, guest count, and space booked.
• Dietary accommodations available upon request; however, we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
• 50% refunds exclude the 25% deposit, which remains non-refundable.
• The administrative fee is non-refundable and is not a gratuity. The gratuity is distributed to front-of-house staff, and guests may leave more than 20% at their discretion.
• Tax-exempt clients must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of booking.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Events Director.
