Rectangular boardroom-style space centred on a long timber table beneath pendant lights, with exposed concrete column and neutral painted walls. Large internal glazing along one side admits daylight and maintains visual connection to adjacent areas.

Room features: Audio-visual presentation and remote participation are supported by a wall-mounted flatscreen, a projector and conference-call facilities. Meeting tasks are supported by a wall-mounted whiteboard and a freestanding flipchart, and the room includes air conditioning and a PA/speaker system.
