About this space
The loft can be hired either for events or production. For events, the venue can accommodate up to 30 people and for private photoshoots & filming - 15 people. The loft is air-conditioned and features a main studio area with large windows, a lounge, a kitchen, an office area and a hair & makeup area.
Included with the day rental are various grip and electrical equipment, backdrops, folding chairs & tables, a stereo system with Bluetooth link, a rolling rack, hangers and many more amenities.

• No Smoking in the building.
• No Use of fog machines or pyrotechnics.
• No CES equipment is permitted to leave the studio premises without CES approval.
• To protect both your production and our studio, we require proof of production insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance (COI). This ensures that in the unlikely event of damage, injury, or other liability, everyone is properly covered. Most short-term or annual shoot insurance policies can easily provide a COI naming CROSSED EYE STUDIOS as an additional insured.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
