Studio One at Rex Studios is a spacious, 3,500-square-foot daylight studio in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. North and west-facing windows provide natural light and panoramic NYC views, with full blackout capability.

The fully equipped kitchen features a 36-inch induction range, French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and a comprehensive selection of small appliances, cookware, and prep tools. With 11' 4" ceilings and generous space for shooting and staging, the studio comfortably accommodates your crew and production needs.

Amenities include a dedicated hair and makeup station, furnished lounge, table seating for twelve, Verizon Fios, and Sonos audio. Select grip and production supplies are included, with additional lighting and equipment rentals available through the studio.

Free on-site parking, four large freight elevators, and the building’s ground-floor food hall make production days convenient from load-in to wrap.
