About this space

The main floor is open and flexible, with a built-in stage that works well for talks, launches, or performances. Around it, there are several ready-to-use content sets, so you can shoot social or UGC without having to build everything from scratch.

There are also three live broadcast rooms and a dedicated podcast room, all sound-ready, so streaming or recording is pretty straightforward.

Up front, there’s a reception area, plus meeting rooms if you need breakout space. There’s a kitchen on-site and a lounge area that works well for guests or a quieter spot during busy events.

Loading in is simple. There’s a freight elevator, space for storage, and the setup works for both production and retail-style builds.
