You can move things around depending on what you’re shooting, and there are four desks if you need a working area—they can be rolled out of the way when you don’t. It works well for interviews, branded content, editorial shoots, or remote recordings.

You’ve got full control over lighting and sound. There’s an overhead lighting grid, studio lights, blackout curtains, and sound treatment across the ceiling, so it stays pretty controlled. Internet is fast and reliable, and you can use the furniture that’s already there.

The main rug area under the grid is about 12 by 18 feet, and the full usable space is 34 by 20 feet. This listing is for Studio One, which is the upper room, but there’s access to shared spaces like two bathrooms and a kitchen with a coffee area.

If you need more room, you can rent the whole studio separately, which helps if you’ve got a bigger team or need space for prep, hair and makeup, or gear.

It’s already well set up, but if you need extra kit or crew, that can be arranged too—cameras, lenses, audio, lighting, or full production support.

As a fully equipped studio, we can crew your shoot and provide additional equipment as needed, including:

Please note:

As with any location in New York City, occasional ambient noise such as distant sirens or street activity may be present.

The studios have been designed to minimise external sound as much as possible. Three studios are fitted with window sound plugs, while the main studio uses heavy sound blankets and thick curtains. Acoustic panels are suspended from the ceiling throughout to improve sound control and overall recording quality.

In colder months, there may be occasional radiator noise.
