About this space
This is a flexible filming and production space in Midtown Manhattan, designed for interviews, branded content, editorial shoots, podcasts, remote recordings, and productions.
The layout is open and adaptable, allowing furniture and setups to be rearranged depending on the production requirements. Different curtain options are available and can be evenly distributed throughout the space, allowing the room and camera shots to maintain a consistent colour and visual look.
Included with the booking:
• Overhead lighting grid and studio lighting
• Access to furniture within the space
• Full lighting control with blackout curtains and sound blankets
The rug area measures 12 ft × 18 ft (216 sq ft) beneath the lighting grid. The full usable area measures 34 ft × 20 ft (680 sq ft).
The studio is acoustically treated with Acoustic America ceiling panels for improved sound control.
The overhead lighting grid includes:
• 4 Nanlite FS-300B Bi-Color LED Monolights
• 4 Nanlite FS-60B Bi-Color Studio Spotlights
• 3 Godox Umbrella Softboxes with Grid 33.5”
• 3 Nanlite Octagonal Softboxes with Grid 23.6”
• 1 Godox Softbox with Grid 19.7” × 51.2”
This listing refers to Studio One only. The office includes two bathrooms, along with a kitchen and coffee area. The overall studio footprint is 2,250 sq ft.
The entire studio is also available under a separate listing if you require additional space for talent holding, hair and makeup, production offices, or equipment staging.

Host rules
• Outside catering is allowed. Please clean up after use.
• Only the number of guests included in your booking may attend.
• Please treat the space, equipment, and furnishings with care. Any damage must be reported.
• Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original position at the end of the booking.
• Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially in common areas.
• Pets are not permitted, except for service animals as required by law.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by studio staff during their booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
