Inspiring Creative Studio at Michiko Rehearsal Studios
About this space
Welcome to a rehearsal studio designed with musicians and creatives in mind. The space features a vintage 1980 Steinway grand piano, high-quality guitar and bass amps, and a sunburst-style 5-piece Sonor drum kit. An audio mixing board and full PA system are also available, giving you the tools you need for rehearsals, writing sessions, or production meetings.
Large windows frame an inspiring view of the Empire State Building, adding a unique backdrop to your time in the studio. With its mix of professional equipment and comfortable atmosphere, this is an ideal setting to create, collaborate, and refine your work.

Studio Rules
- The time reserved includes both setup and breakdown. Our studios are often booked back-to-back. Staying over or starting early, as well as using studios different from those reserved, may incur additional charges.
- Reservations that exceed the allowed capacity of guests in a studio will incur a fee of $50.
- All customers must respect the studio and its equipment.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the studios without prior consent. If you gain prior approval, we kindly ask that you clean up all messes and dispose of your trash in the lobby trash cans. DO NOT place beverages or food on equipment please.
- If messes require substantial cleaning time, an additional charge of one hour will be added to your reservation.
- Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Please keep noise levels reasonable to respect other customers. If we receive complaints from nearby studios, we will ask to adjust volume as necessary.
Equipment Use
- Customers are responsible for the equipment they use during their session.
- Any damages to studio equipment or facilities must be reported immediately, and a repair fee may be incurred.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect equipment prior to use and notify staff of any issues.
Liability
- Customers access the studio at their own risk. Michiko Studios is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the facility.
- Customers are advised to have their own insurance coverage for personal injury and equipment.
Conduct
- All users must conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your booking and removal from the premises.

- Michiko Studios is committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
