About this space
The layout is split into three separate studio areas, plus a kitchen and shared spaces. Works well for interviews, branded content, editorial shoots, webinars, and remote recordings, especially if you’ve got a bigger crew or guests coming through. There are desks in place if you need a working area, but they can be moved or cleared out depending on how you want to set things up.
Studio Layout:
• Studio One: 20 ft × 33 ft
• Studio Two: 20 ft × 20 ft
• Studio Three: 12 ft × 23 ft
• Kitchen and additional filming / staging areas
Total footprint: approximately 2,250 sq ft
All of the studios are sound-treated, so it stays controlled for filming. You’ve got overhead lighting grids, studio lights, and fast fiber internet throughout. Lighting is fully adjustable, and you can move furniture around to suit whatever setup you need.
There’s also a shared office area with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a coffee spot, which makes it comfortable for longer shoot days or having clients and crew on site.
The full space works best if you need a bit more room—whether that’s for multiple setups, holding talent, hair and makeup, or staging gear.
If you don’t need the whole place, you can also book the individual studios separately.
As a fully equipped studio, we can crew your shoot and provide additional equipment as needed, including:

• Outside catering is allowed. Please clean up after use.
• Only the number of guests included in your booking may attend.
• Please treat the space, equipment, and furnishings with care. Any damage must be reported.
• Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original position at the end of the booking.
• Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially in common areas.
• Pets are not permitted, except for service animals as required by law.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by studio staff during their booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
